Are there any deals at Turnberry Place? Of course, it is 2011 & we predict another year of a strong buyer's market in these towers, in part due to the fact that financing is not available, purchases must be all cash, some of the views have been blocked by The Fontainebleau Hotel's parking strucure (resulting in declining price points), and the dues include Stirling Club membership and range from $1100 per month for a 1 bedroom to over $1300 & up for a 2 bedroom. Limo service is included. And there is an on site spa, indoor pool, restaurant & so much more. With the HOAS dues structure so incongruous with the drastically low pricing, the foreclosures here seem to stay on the market longer than in other towers, but the top floors of these buildings, most of which have dramatic views and very large units, are still much in demand, and still priced in the million dollar plus range.
